"hands-on" therapy, be it a soft tissue stretch or a joint
mobilization, in conjunction with a graduated exercise program in our
fully equipped gyms and appropriate education are all vital components

We provide the highest quality of care to our clients for physiotherapy
in Ajax
and Whitby
using state-of-the-art manual techniques, the latest
knowledge in the use of electrotherapeutic modalities and cutting edge
exercise protocols.

As a result, Great Lakes
Physiotherapy clinics are able to
help patients achieve successful outcomes with long term
benefits. We are open to accomodate
those people who require physiotherapy in Ajax
and Whitby
who require early morning and
late evening appointments. Although, like most clinics
in the durham
region we are not able to bill OHIP
for our services, we accept
extended health benefits, motor vehicle
insurance, and WSIB.
In addition
to using the modalities of ultrasound,
TENS,
NMES,
LASER,
traction/decompression,
Codotron,
IFC,
acupuncture,
massage,
etc., our physiotherapists are McKenzie
credentialled and all have advanced postgraduate training in manual
therapeutic techniques.
